2003 Aero sedan, 88,000+ miles. I replaced the three front-end engine mounts (right hand mount, transmission mount and left hand mount). Cost about $290 in parts from eEuroparts. I am not a mechanic but it was relatively simple and took me about 2.5 hours proceeding at a leisurely pace. I put the front end on ramps and used a hydraulic jack and blocks to ease the engine up from underneath.
This is definitely a DIY job. The rear mount looks a bit more difficult because it appears to be harder to reach. The rear mount looked sound so I will probably not replace it or have a professional do it in the future.
The car idles much smoother now with very little shake.
