Checked the hub and it seems tight and the rotor OD looks fine also. Guess I will give it a few more weeks and see if things get any worse. Hard to track down if it only makes noise when driving.
Should have noted earlier that this started soon after a new tire install and an alignment but, I think it's just coincidental. Thanks for all the great tips.
