I currently have a 1993 9000 and a 2000 9-5, both with the ACC. The 9-5 is noticeably "cooler" when set to the same temperature as the 9000. I replaced the thermostat last spring, and there are no obvious problems with the acc- that is no fault codes are displayed and everything seems to work. What I have noticed is that when the 9000 reaches temp the fan slows down, but the 9-5 seems to continue to blow at a rate that is slightly higher than it should be, but the airflow temp is decreased , which I find uncomfortable because now I have cool air blowing on me (FWIW I have the air conditioning fuse pulled- to keep the alarm silent).

Is this normal for the 9-5?
