Just TAG and number EACH CAM, EACH BEARING CAP EACH BEARING SHELL. Assembling everything EXACTLY as it was is vital to ensure a good result. I would go and buy a fastener tray, and get everything labeled and prepared. Honestly, I think you can avoid removing the cams if you just remove the covers and observe what is going on. Mark a chopstick to indicate TDC and slowly rotate the crank by hand and watch each cam lobe carefully. You may also be able to just turn the crank back to where you were and loosen the one offending cam and reinstall it.
