Objective tire reviews??

I am still researching my tire purchase. Much has been said about the stock michelins and other brands on the board but I am looking for something like a magazine review or a consumer report type thing that could give me an objective look at different brands.
While I value the opinions of owners, I will usually check places like epinions.com when reseaching a purchase, many of the tire opinions are inconsistant. For example, at tirerack.com you can read 1 persons opinion about a tire and he will say the tire sucks in the snow, while the next guy says its great in snow. I've seen this more often in the tire reviews I've read than in owner reviews of other items I have researched. If you know of any recent magazine article or something like that I would appreciate it.
One interesting tid bit is I had stopped in at a bridgestone dealer just to be annoying and ask questions one day last week. He was steering me towards the turanza ls tire and told me about their 30 day return policy. That seemed pretty interesting, if you decide you don't like the tire just return them.
