I'd really appreciate your opinions and input. REALLY. And thanks in advance.

The good and the bad.....

The bad:
1. Tranny is slipping badly with P1624 code (see my post from last Sat.)
2. It's got about 8K on a rebuilt title. It wasn't wrecked but the engine was rebuilt - long story.
3. In spite of having the ABS rebuilt, I still get occasional ABS dash lights - I am wondering if there are mitigating electrical problems.....
4. The rear woofer is messed up (come unglued?)

The good:
1. tan leather interior in great shape for age - has the metal "cage" behind the back seat as well as the rear cargo deck that slides out
2. only a few exterior dings (dark blue) as befits it's age and NO RUST (southern car)
3. only 131K miles (I'm 2nd owner at 101K 09/04 - bought it back salvage from Stat Farm 122K)
4. Lots of new parts:
-122,841 Engine Rebuild, MAF, DIC (08/07)
-124,200 New Turbo
-124,625 PCV Fix #6
-126,300 Left Front Wheel Bearing
-126,319 Water Pump,Serp idler pulley,Serp tensioner,Power steering pump,CPS
-126,538 Heater Bypass Valve,Oil pressure Sensor
-129,851 ABS Module rebuild (ATE),rear camber shims, New tires (Nexen 5000)
-129,941 Front rotors/ceramic pads,rt front caliper(Cardone remanufactured)
-129,990 Battery
-129,995 Used Throttle Body (Goldwing)
