Mixing different weight oil

1. Is it okay to mix two different weights of engine oil? The local Walmart ran out of Mobil-1 0W40 synthetic. I had dealership put in Mobil-1 0W30 synthetic a couple weeks ago before I found out on this website that despite the manufacturer's claims of Mobil-1 0W30 fulfilling all requirements of cars that demand 5w30, it's too light. My car seems to be running somewhat more rough since the oil change; could that be blow-by? Is it advisable to take some oil out of the engine now, say 1.5 quarts out of 4.3 and replace it with Mobil-1 10W40 oil? Is mixing oil weights like that good for the engine or bad? There are partial synthetic oil on the market that is less than 10% synthetic, but is mixing of two different weights of fully synthetic oil okay? and what would that achieve?
2. I remember seeing ads for top-side oil changing device that would suck oil out of the dip stick tube. No, I have no desire to change oil on my own like that; I take my car to the dealership every 5k miles or 6months whichever happens first, usually 10W30 in summer and 5W30 in winter. However, for this one time, what can I use to suck a quart of two oil from the dipstick? I don't feel like wasting three hours driving to and sitting at the dealership and wasting perfectly clean synthetic oil that were just placed in there a couple weeks ago.
Thank you in advance for any advice.
