Assuming you have enough gas, (don't get mad, I almost ran dry last week) if you have a burnt smell under the hood, your direct ignition casette may have died. Replacement is the only option.
If you turn the key to the position just before the starter engages, and you don't hear a high pitched whining sound from the gas tank, your fuel pump may not be working. You may have to have someone turn the key while you put an ear under the rear of car. It should run for a few seconds and then stop if the enginge does not start. Then it could be a fuse to the relay/pump, the relay or the pump itself. Sometimes thumping on the gas tank while someone turns the key moves the pump armiture off of a bad spot and the car will start, just don't turn it off once its running until you are home.
Check the fuse, even if its ok, replace it anyway with a similar size spare. If its the relay, I believe it is a generic 5 pin relay that can be swapped out of another non-critical slot (like the interior lights, my experience with the 9000).
Good luck, maybe someone closer can stop by.
