One might question the condition of the rear bushings, however, they could be OK. If you've got around 100K on the vehicle, the rear bushings certainly could be worn causing an increase in negative camber. Anyway, if the bushings are all A-OK, there are aftermarket shims available that go behind the rear bearing hubs that are inexpensive. Best thing to do is search here for "negative camber", "rear camber" and "rear shims'. I think those search strings will be prove to be very educational. There is lots of experience and expertise on this site. All in all, I think the solution might not be too costly. And in summary, excessive negative camber is a common issue with the 9-5 and possibly more prevalent on the wagon. But it's a great ride that many here won't part with, including myself.
