And to make sure they come out easily, I re-lube the screws with anti-seize every Spring and Fall when I swap winter/summer tires.
My local Indy likes to snug these screws really tight. I keep them less tight so they remove easier, and becausee their real function ceases as soon as the wheel is in position and one lug bolt started.
