No start after sitting overnight, looong crank, FPR?

The repairs are starting to pile up here at 129K on my 03 Aero.
Yesterday morning I got into the car and turned the key, cranks, cranks, cranks. Stopped after ten seconds. No catch. Not a slow crank but the usual lively fast crank since putting in a new battery, IDM and proper plugs a while back.
Left key in on position, tried again, cranks, cranks, cranks. Another 5-10 second try. Then, I sat in the car and reviewed my commuting options for a while, gave it another try... again, cranks, cranks, cranks... I waited another ten seconds, cranked and it finally caught. Ran a little rough for five seconds and evened out.
I shut car off and it started right up, also started right up after 8+ hours in the office lot. This only happens when standing overnight.
This morning I had the same problem... is this an FPR issue? MORE IMPORTANTLY: Where is it located?!
I will turn the key on and off a few times without cranking to prime the lines repeatedly and see if it cranks faster but will order an FPR from eeueo today.
History: Two months ago, I had a used fuel pump put in (whole assembly) from a supposedly lower mileage newer year car (goldwing sourced) after mine failed. No issues with that. Also fuel filter done eight months ago.
The CPS on this car is at least 75K old, but no issues starting hot.
