I put the Koni Yellow Sport struts on my 2003 AERO Sedan front and rear about a year ago at 29,000 miles. I also searched the other posts and set them at 1/2 turn from bottom.
If I had to do it again I would install them right out of the box. Give the rough roads here in New Jersey that would work for me here.
I find that the front still bottoms out and the ride harsher than the stock struts. Having had Konis on a 99 and 900 I was expecting a more progressive action.
There is a slight improvement in the lean upon hard cornering.
You may not want to hear this but I really don't know that the Koni Yellows were worth the money for 9-5.
