I had an oil leak on my 2001 that was the result of not having the right PCV valve installed. You need to have PCV #6 mod which is well documented here. Once that was in the leak stopped. I think my indy resealed the something behind the pulleys with silicone seal after the new PCV system was in. eEuroparts has the PCV6. Ask around this board on the leak......I hope someone can give more detail than I can.
I had a 9000 Aero and loved it. Great car and very reliable. I had a 1999 95 and had lots of weird electrical and computer problems. Dealer under warranty could not solve.....finally sold it. I have a 2001 Aero and a 2003 Aero. If it were me I would shop around. The 2001 and the 2003 have lots of improvements over 1999. a 2003 will cost $5 to 6K but would be very worth it if you find a really good one. I did in the 2003 and even had a few months CPO left! I paid under $9000 a year ago.
You will love the 95......you will love the Aero even more. My 2 cents
