Just did this replacement on my MY99 9-5 SW rear wiper. Canadian Tire refill, standard width, pull the old one out of the four slots; slide the new blade in after cutting it to the correct length with a sharp knife.
I actually have three rear wipers for my two 9-5 wagons, and just do the snap in and snap out typically, but I lost the spare in the garage...
With the rotation point on your left, facing forward, lift the blade holder up and out; the blade holder snaps out from the bottom to the top, with reasonable force, at its center.
