Was that a tire shop? Tire shops generally have no idea how to do alignments. You need a spring/frame shop. EVERYTHING is adjustable if you know how.
Front camber: can use camber adjustment bolts or elongate the holes in the strut to give some adjustment.
Front caster: can't change the amount, but can loosen subframe and tug back and forth on frame machine to make it as desired side-to-side.
Rear camber: at -2.7 you've likely got some rear suspension bushings that need replacement. Once that's done, camber can be fine tuned with shims between the trailing arm and hub, or with some cool new adjustable bushings available from K-Mac.
