I suggest following up with an e-mail a week or so after placing your order. Each of my three orders failed to ship until I sent an e-mail. The first order included a part which was identified as a "Special Order" item on their site so I didn't think anything about it. All items were marked as "In Stock" with the other two orders yet they also required one friendly e-mail to get shipped.

This site is part of Flow Saab out of Winston-Salem NC, and the Flow company (family?) owns numerous Dealerships (I found them to be the best place to get replacement Monsoon rear deck speakers for my sons's GrandAm) so they are a reputable company, just haven't quite mastered the internet sales wing of their Parts Dept yet.
