I assume you want the whole kielbasa, not just the toe setting (the only nominally adjustable setting).
While the Aero has shortened springs so that the car rides lower, the suspension pick-up points were not changed from the standard suspension. Because the suspension design, especially the rear, is relatively crude, the kind of "rear roll and side sway oversteer" that gets a front drive car to get through a corner without a fight can be achieved only by increasing the amount of rear camber dramatically as the suspension compresses. Thus, the change in the camber setting resulting from lowering the suspension brings the static setting right to the verge of excessive rear tire wear. Drive the car with a full load, experience any suspension sag or bushing wear, and excessive inner side rear tire wear is the result.
My advice: if you are going to the trouble of adjusting the rear camber, use the standard suspension setting as your goal. My '02 Aero is set up that way now, and the handling is the same as it's always been.
