Everything is electronically controlled. The crank sensor tells the ECU where the motor is in its revolution, and everything goes from there. There is no distributor, no vacuum or mechanical advance, and no adjustment for the crank pickup.
The only mechanical "setting" (as opposed to an "adjustment") is for the cam drive belt. When that gets replaced every 60k, it only goes on one way, and must mate up to the cam sprockets and crank sprocket as marked. There is NO +/- one tooth "adjustment" on the belt.
What are you experiencing that would lead you to ask about "setting" the timing?
