Last year I was still under CPO so I went to the stealership where I bought the car the year before (I had been going to a different dealer for warranty work and also an indy in Delaware - sports car service - , but they can't do PA inspections in DE obviously).

I got a free loaner from the dealer - after 3 hours of being told "just another few minutes, sir" A hideous HIDEOUS chevrolet boxy, dirty, minivan froM Enterprise pulls up to greet me so that I can go to work before noon (just barely). This was last June and nobody came out to buy a Cadillac in the pouring rain that day so it was depressing being in a GM empty dealership back when GM started going under.

I had bought the car there and they never did the timing belt even though the dealer owner had been driving it around since it was returned off lease or whatever, and it now had 86k. So I took it to the Wilmington DE dealer for that and other warranty work.

Any recommendations? I hear horror stories of pepboys and similar workers trying to figure out how to snap open the rear tail lights because only the left rear foglight works (D'OH!!!!)
