Sagging Rear - Anyone fitted new OEM springs?

Okay so my own rear end is not too bad for a guy my age but my 1999 9-5 SE V6 is definitely starting to drag it's arse around!
Not so terribly bad unloaded, but with 2 passengers in the back seat, the thing squats more noticeably than a few years ago. Car has only 162,000 km.
The measured ride height according to specs is about 1.25 inches low in the rear and about 0.3" low in the front. Part of the rear "lowness" might be that fact that when I installed my new Koni FSD shocks, I left the spring perch ring in the lower groove. I could get the rear 0.5 inches higher just by adjusting that to the upper groove. I will say that the Koni instructions implied the lower setting was stock equivalent.
New OEM springs are not too much money ($77.40 ea. from eEuroparts). I am curious if any of you have simply fitted a fresh set of direct replacement springs and found a noticeable improvement in ride height with no other adjustments.
I have no bad tire wear yet(no inside edge worn or cupping etc.) and unloaded camber is not too noticeably tilted, but I am certain it is beyond specs. I have one clunky upper cross stay bushing (just started) but it is not worn to the point of allowing camber to worsen.
Thanks,
Reg
