I'm the guy with the 15/16ths Craftsman wrench cut in half. I've had it since 1987 and I used to use it for C900 timing chain tensioners. I probably never touched it in the 90s and then I found a new use for it when the T7 engines came out. A harbor frieght wrench would proably work, but you have to have a way to cut the wrench. I'm just posting this because it's the easy way for me.

Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Remove the plastic cover around the dipstick.
Get a droplight down past the vacuum hoses and stuff so that you can see the back of the engine.
Remove the support bar between the block and the intake manifold (2 13mm bolts).
Find the brown electrical connector with one wire that connects the oil pressure switch to the engine harness and unplug it. It's not easy with one hand and a pick, but it can be done.
Slip the box end of the half wrench (mine is cut to 6 and 1/4 " total length) over the connector and onto the OPS with the end of the wrench pointing towards the thermostat.
Now you will be able to look down through the branches of the intake manifold and see the wrench. Use a long extension or some such and whack the wrench to loosen the OPS.
Once it's loosened it will unscrew by hand. Wipe off the area with a rag and screw in the new one. There is room to tighten it plenty with the short wrench.
