Torque specifications per the WIS are as follows:
1. 45 ft-lbs - Track-rod end to steering swivel member
2. 55 ft-lbs - Track-rod locknut
This is not a lot. If you don't have a torque wrench...tighten firmly. Do not use anywhere near your full body weight. The wheel bolts should be torqued to 81 ft lbs as an example.
YOUR BIGGER PROBLEM....
Getting the toe-in AND the steering wheeling position right for straight-ahead driving. Any alignment shop should be able to do this easily. The rear too-in must be done first.
