125k is probably the long end of the life span. Assume you have checked to be sure there is electrical going to the pump. Also not sure if you have tried another DI (I amazed my wife by popping in a spare DI a couple of weeks after buying it to get her back on the road. Had no problem buying spares after that.)
So if the DI is good, and juice is going to the pump, then CPS and pump sound likely, but my gut goes with the pump. Have you done the motor only replacement? Sounds like a similar job to the 9k.
