... my rear camber looks to be reasonable and I have NO issues with incorrect rear tire wear at all. I think the rear subframe distortion causes only camber issues not ride height issues. The spring & strut assembly sets the ride height independently from the influence of the geometry of the subframe and suspension cross stay arms etc.
Looking at the suspension, the ride height seems to be purely a function of spring height, and of course the spring's lower perch height This has 2 possible positions on my Koni FSD rear shocks but they are set to the stock equivalent position. I see the exact same distance from the shock's main lower bolt center to the spring perch height.
A distorted suspension subframe, or a badly worn cross stay bushing, as you have experienced, will cause camber problems.
BTW, I have one rear Koni out at the moment for a waranty replacement as you know. The used stock OEM shock I put back in that side yields the indentical ride height to the other side with the Koni.
ALSO... the clunk I had in the rear was NOT due to minor play in a cross stay bushing. It was the faulty Koni FSD that was making the noise! With the stock shock back in, the car is quiet over bumps as it was before the Konis were installed.
