Tow-in means the fronts of the tires are closer than the rears of the tires. Positive camber means the tops of the tires are closer together than the bottoms, like what you're describing. You can do a search on here for "rear camber" and find TONS of info pertaining to the 9-5.

Basically the 9-5 rear suspension is set up in such a way that as the car sits lower the tops of the rear wheels tuck inward quite a bit. With the Aero suspension that rides about 11mm lower than the Arc/Linear it puts the rear wheels right at the limit of acceptable positive camber. Drive around with heavy loads a lot in back, or as things wear with mileage, the rear suspension will chew through tires like it's its job. There are shims available that can correct camber, but you should have all your bushings, etc. checked before going there. Good luck!
