We need more scientific data to be able to help.
Low speed kicks in at 212 and high speed at 235°F. Temp gauge goes into red at 264°F. System boiling point under pressure is 268°F.
What's the temperature reading on the scan tool when coolant is being pushed out through the cap? Have they pressure checked the cap (140-150kPa)
When car is sitting idling, does the cooling fan kicks in and out and is it any over pressure in the expansion tank when cap is opened? What's the temp reading at idle.
If coolant is only pushed out after driving the car, what's the temperature reading on the scan tool and is the low speed fans on at that time?
You might have a clogged radiator or a bad head gasket that only pressurize system when driving hard.
