A little oil in coolant - should I worry? (longish)

Saab 9-5 V6 2000
So, yesterday I had to change my radiator AGAIN (long story), but since I had an almost new Mercedes coolant in the system (the red/pink one) and didn't have enough spare laying around, I decided to reuse it. So I drained the coolant from the car into a clean container, and as I was waiting for it to empty I started to disassemble the pieces necessary to take out the radiator. All went well (as always when an idiot is at work) until I took off the lower intercooler hose. As I was fighting to take out the charge air pipe I noticed that OIL WAS DRIPPING FROM THE IC INTO THE COOLANT!!! I quickly removed the bucket and plugged the IC with a rag, but some oil (couple drops, less than 1oz I'm sure) was already floating on the surface of the coolant...
As I said earlier, I didn't have any spare, so I had to reuse it nevertheless. The radiator I put was used too (I couldn't afford yet another new one), so you can see I'm working on a budget here.
Should I worry about a little oil dissolved in the coolant? Can it hurt anything? Or is it ok?
Most V6 have a slightly weeping oil cooler, so there usually is a little bit of mixing. Do I have to quickly get and change the coolant? Or am I ok until next flush is due (every 2 years or so)?
Thanks for advice, and sorry it's so long...
