Ok...so I brought the vauxhall tool (sealey VS721 ...uktools), and replaced my first rear rosebush bushing. This was the upper right. Tool was worth every penny.
BUT.. I originally started down this venture because my shop said I needed
the rear trailing arms and outer cross-stays (rosebushes). The new one
I put in seems to move around just as much as the one I took out. I'm
questioning now whether they is/was anything wroing with them???
This is 2003 aero sedan with 102K miles. There was/is no noticable knocking from the rear. My rear tirewear is suprising not inner camber wear but the right rear seems to have a toe issue and is wearing prematurely even across the tire..as if the tire moves side to side. Rear
camber was a 1.2 and 1.3..a bit beyond spec on the alignement check.
I ordered the trailing arms (polys) but they are on back order.
Should I replace the rest of the cross stays/rosebushes??
Thanks for any insight.
