It would help a great deal if you could tell us the year, body (sedan or wagon), and any options (Xenon headlights?) your car has.
From the top:
flickering headlight: My guess would be you have Xenon headlamps. You need a new Xenon Capsule. Search here on "Xenon" for advice.
Can't open trunk: Common problem, particularly with Sedans (but happens with Wagons, too). The wiring that passes from the body to the trunk lid wears, frays and eventually, breaks. Search here on "trunk wiring" for advice.
Driver mirror: Could be a couple things. Your Power Mirror Memory module could be on the blink, if you have a memory driver seat. The switch on the door could be bad. Does the passenger mirror move? Did you check that the tiny rocker switch is pushed down on the driver side? I'm not sure if there is a dedicated fuse for the mirrors or not. Check the fuse panel on the driver's side of the dash (the door has to be open).
BTW - NONE of these things has anything to do with the steering wheel "clockspring"...
