Here are the facts:
2000 9-5, 188k miles, 4cyl
a/c system not cooling as it should (measured temp from vents only gets to 57 degrees). a/c system was evacuated, dye tested and recharged by saab dealer - no leaks. after recharge same cooling effect (low temp reading is 57 degrees). the dealer said that the evaporator was flucuating between 5 and 50 degrees and the the high side of the system was reading 260 psi upon refill - no acc error codes present. the deler believes that i have an electrical problem but does not know much more. one thing i did notice is that the heater core coolant lines are always hot even with the acc set a low (i thought the bypass valve prevented this from happening - perhaps a bad bypass valve?)

any insight would be appreciated as this one has got me stumped.
