First week w/ '02 Aero

Just completed the first week (750 miles) w/ my new 02 Aero wagon (automatic). Its great, even though I am being gentle with the right foot. Ride and power, even at low rpms, are incredible. Drove from San Francisco to Santa Cruz and back on US 1. What a blast! Complaints are generally minor, but are the kind of things you don't notice until you've lived with the car. No defects to report to the dealer unless you count item 1.
1. As others have mentioned, the car vibates at idle. Not a big deal, but a new car in this price range shouldn't do that. As I understand it, there is nothing that can be done about it.
2. It really annoys me that the ACC automatically comes on every time the car is started. I don't like being automatically blasted on start up with cold air on a nice spring day.
3. I knew the interior storage was a weak point generally, but there is no place to keep loose change!
4. The sound quality of the sound system is fine, but the radio reception really sucks. I though carmakers got the antenna in the windshield thing out of their system in the '70s. AM reception is particularly bad. Many folks might not care about that, but its important to me during the baseball season.
5. The dash is going to go. I though the wood trim companies like Joshua Tree made dash kits that include the main dash piece, so I didn't worry too much about this when buying the car; I figured I'd try living with it, and then get a good wood dash kit if I didn't like it. But the kits all "supplement" the factory wood. Doesn't seem that any aftermarket folks make anything for the main dash. I'm afraid to ask the dealer what a wood dash would run.
Looking forward to the end of the break in period!
