All 2000 9-5 have the telephone wiring built in. If it is used for OnStar then just unplug it - the analog OnStar is dead anyway. Yes, Parrot can be hooked up to that connector - when activated the car stereo will say "TELEPHONE". The problem is that this connection is MONO only.
Parrot is also offering a junktion box that works by cutting the sppeaker wires - in this case one can get stereo as well.
I personally use Parrot CK3100 for calling and a cable connection (spliced instead of the tape signals) for music.
