Looking for the answer I sent a message to Red Line and got the response below. Thought others might find this helpful

I'm looking for your recommendation for Manual transmission fluid as an alternative to the Saab fluid called out SAAB MTF 0063 Part number: 400 132 213 I've used your products in all my street and race cars (all BMW's) for the last 10 years everywhere and have been extremely pleased. However for this Saab which I just bought, no one seems to have a sure answer for what is the best Red Line product for this application. I live in NH and this car is kept outdoors over the winter where the temps will occasionally go below 0. I'll be happy to post your recommendation in the more popular Saab forums I belong to, as many people are looking for the same information. Thanks for your help and for making great products. Thank you for contacting Red Line Oil, in your SAAB manual transaxle the MTL would be recommended and will perform well across your operating temperature range. It is a suitable replacement for the SAAB part number and product designation.
