alignment was $100. I put 1 shim in with alignment. I also had some spacers made that go under the rear springs at the bottom to raise the ride height. I saw some on eBay motor that are similar. Search "Saab 9-5 rear coil spring kit".
Measure the ride height with instructions in the WIS and adjust the height with spacers. You could replace springs, but spacers work just as well. Use spacers to bring height up to WIS specs. On an Aero it is 610mm measured from the lower lip on the fender to the lower edge of the metal on the wheel.
Take the rear strut apart and add the spacers you need to get the suspension back to where it should be.
When the rear suspension sags, the camber and toe increase and that leads to really bad cupping as you know. It is important to get the ride height up before alignment.
Good luck. Rear struts come off easily and only special tool you need is a spring compressor.
