I bought that from GS about a month ago for $55. Wonder if they had it priced wrong.
It is totally plug and play. There's a connector just right of center in our 9-5 Linear wagon and the harness plugged right in. Then connect the ground wire to one of the threaded studs near the plug and you're good to go. 2 minutes.
Nice, but definitely NOT worth $207. Go to an auto parts store and get a universal trailer wiring adapter. Should run you about $20-30. The adapter will have a plastic block that deals with routing the electricity from the rear lights and turn signals to the lights on the trailer so it won't confuse the car's computer. You'll probably have to cut the existing plug and do some testing and splicing to figure out which wire goes where, but there's no need to spend a lot on this. Use a multi-meter if you have one, a test light if you don't.
As I recall, there are only four wires in the mix, plus the ground:
Tail lights (both)
Brake lights (both)
Right turn signal
Left turn signal
