The P1925 code which alerts to failed communcation between the ABS controller and ECU is not available on 1999 MY vehicles. With no capability of the tell-tale being displayed you may be forced to remove the controller and send it away for repair without knowing for certain if it is good or bad. Check with the repair sources to see what your total cost will be if there is not a problem with the controller.
I used bba_reman in Massachusetts to repair my controller. ATE (Auto Truck Electronics) also does this service as does Module Master out of Idaho
