Well I took John's suggestion that maybe the Fuel Pressure Regulator failed and I swapped it with the one from my 2001 9-5. NG. It stumbled a couple of times but wouldn't run. After trying a few cranks I decided to check my plugs. They were bone dry so it appears to be fuel related, but unfortunately not the regulator. I don't know...fuel pump?? I checked all fuses and everything looks fine. I'm trying to figure out whether to send it to a dealer or my indy. Dealer can plug in and get a read out of what's going on I guess. My indy is a great Volvo and SAAB mechanic but I don't think he has the diagnostic machine and he doesn't see many 9-5s these days, vso I'm going to have to think about this. Any other ideas are welcome. Thanks!
