I love it when my washers quit before a snow storm

My elderly ten year old Aero clearly doesn't like the cold. The park brakes froze up. They were pretty useless before this happened. They only held the car on a decline. Weird. So I probably need a new cable and linings which I don't want to hassle myself with right now.
And my windshield washers quit working right before the recent snow storm in the NE. That was a nice suprise. The headlamp washers aren't spraying either. So I'm thinking that everything is frozen in the reservoir. The reservoir was already leaking and only held half of what it was supposed to hold. I use approved washer solvents so I don't know what the problem is. I don't want to keep trying it and risk burning out the $$$ pumps. When I tried it at idle at night, the headlamps got dim so there is definately resistance there. There are two pumps and 2 pump circuits right? Looks like i'll be tearing off the left front fender lining sometime soon to inspect. Or wait until it warms up?
