Strange that it broke just like that. If it had just popped out of the pump unit it could have been due to that the catch holding it down was broken off and it was a recall for that installing a hold down clip. But if the 90° nipple itself is broken, it is not part of the recall.
If it is the pressure line check valve fitting that has broken you can buy a loose check valve P/N 4161766 but be forewarned that it is a little bit tricky to install it into the rigid plastic pipe.
I use a brake pipe flaring tool to counter hold the pipe but it is still a challenge to press the new valve in.
