These spacers work well. I did ship up the rear of my Aero and had a full alignment done. I had great results.
Do you have a work shop information manual on CD or WIS they give you ride height factory numbers I can look them up if you like. You measure from the inner side of the rear fender cutout in the center to the bottom of the wheel. Add the thickness of shim to each side that you need. You can buy thick aluminum spacers for thinner 3mm ones or a combination of the 2 on eBay.
The shims go on the bottom of the rear springs. I think it is better than buying new springs, because the new springs will sag a bit in use.
