It will take a long time before it really gets bad since you have metal support that the subframe will rest on but the control arms are also tied into the subframe so road handling is another issue with everything being sloppy.
Replacing all six might be expensive but I usually never see the front ones go bad and rarely the middle ones and the rear ones I can do with subframe lowered somewhat.
It comes up to about $220.00 for the rear.
