John, ecu's cannot be just swapped in 9.5..If you did try to swap ecu's and didn't perform the Tech 2 marriage ceremony, putting the original back in will return things to their previous state. The closed loop is usually the front sensor. It is often caused by the internal heater in the sensor not getting power or failing. The grounds of the front and rear sensors are joined in the main wiring harness before it passes through the firewall.I had a similar problem. I jumpered the ground at each sensor connection together.Problem. There is a known problem with the splice in the main harness where these two conductors join. Sorry I do not have the wiring dia. handy or I would give you the pin numbers and colour code of the wires plus the problem splice location.Do a site surch on o2 sensor not working and the info is there. Cheers Doug
