Yes..I had (have) disc problems. I also thought my 2003 aero seats were
good seats.
My back problems persisted until I read the Robin McKenzie book;
7 steps to a pain-free life. In a sentence; basically all car seats do not have enough lumbar support especially for people with back issues. I
now a firm lumber roll (link below) in my aero ...have my life back. Between that and the vertical position of the seat I can drive for hours...
What's really funny is I just hang it from the headrest and it really fits well in the aero seat. Best..you take it out and with you ..such as to
the movies where the seats have absolutely no lumbar support.
Book and lumbar roll were worth more than any money I spent on doctors, PT, chiropractor...
