It is very common for dealers to swap cars. You are entitled to know how many miles the car has on it before it leaves the other dealership, and they should tell you how far away it is. They have always told me where the car is coming from, but obviously they don't want you going to the other dealer to buy it directly. My first two Saabs were driven from other dealerships, one was about 60 miles, the other was 120. My new Aero SW was from another dealer, but it had not left the port storage, so it was brought in a covered transporter (I had to wait until they had a full truck to this area, but I wanted a brand new one!). Unfortunately my Aero was on a flatbed tow truck this morning with 84 miles on it, back to the dealer.... :( :( :(
