Hand brake adjustement at rotor?

I'm trying not to have to take off my rear rotors to adjust the parking brake, but I can not see the adjustment wheel thru the inspection hole of the rotor. Can anyone give me an idea where the adjustment wheel is located on the rotor (ie. if I'm starring at the rotor it's on the left, right, top, etc).
TIA
