It's the +30 or always on power to the T7 ECM. I would have thought that it would reset the CEL. Disconnecting power to the ECM should clear all fault codes and reset the fuel trim. I can guess that the fault is something the ECM is seeing from the moment it powers up. It may go back to stalling as the fuel trim adapts again.
