the windows don't go down. i'll start the car and won't have the ability to put down the windows and when i operate the signaling stalk, i get nothing on the dash and no lights on the car. other times i start the car and don't have any of these problems. the sunroof always opens though and other lights on the car work, radio works, ac turns on, etc. is this an electrical problem caused by fuses?

yesterday when starting the car i noticed the key did not jump back from ignition, it just stayed there and i had to click it back to where it's supposed to be while driving. so now when i start the car i have to turn over the engine and then click the key back myself. don't know if this is a problem and if it is, if it's related to the windows and directional indicators.
