Just Google for Saab 9-5 on Scribd and you will find them. Both sets are fully illustrated with well written instructions.
As far as having the Dealer read codes; the 1999 models did not have the capability of displaying the P1925 code for "failed communication between ECU and ABS" which seems to affect all these Bosch ABS controllers.
The cost of a rebuild is ~$150. MUCH better than a new $2500 controller!
