The early cars did have a different design/part for the front bushing of the rear trailing arm, but the new 1999 part is the replacement for the earlier style too. The "X" is the chassis number sequence indicates the change happened within the 1999 model year.
Bottom line is that there are two different front bushings for the rear trailing arm on pre-2002 cars; #5059811 for early 1999 & later 1999 cars, and #5063383 for 2000 thru 2001 cars.
