Saw your earlier threads, and at first everything seemed confusing, including some responses. Because you kept posting, I figured I should look at my copy of WIS, which includes MY 2003 (though I have a 1999 SE). The 1999 wagons had only two pumps for all three functions - using two large pumps, one for windshield, another for rear and headlights. Sedans got a large pump for windshield and a smaller one for headlights. And the front pump does the windshield.
It was not easy to cross-reference the drawings in WIS, but I believe that your MY '03 wagon should indeed have a small pump at the right front of the reservoir feeding the rear wiper. The headlamps use a physically bigger pump on the front left of the reservoir, and the windshield uses a large size pump at the left rear of the reservoir. Yes, it seems strange, and until I reviewed WIS I was thinking that a previous owner or mechanic must have messed with things. I hope that you can get the correct pump and make appropriate returns.

P.S. All direction/positions I described above are from the driver's seat.
